Portrait of Vesper

A study of my friend Vesper from a photo shoot for an illustrated poster for a local theater production of Beauty and the Beast by David Hohn, a wonderful illustrator from Portland. The fabulous Lee Moyer procured the costumes for the shot. Vesper makes a wonderful model, she’s posed for me on several occasions, most notably Hibiscus, Nasturtium and Pickle in the Pastels section. I’ve used a wipe away technique on here face.
